At Body Fit Training, we use science and technology to drive positive outcomes – at all fitness levels. We have incorporated scientifically proven training techniques aimed at reducing fat and creating lean muscle into a variety of 50-minute training sessions that are overseen by highly accredited coaches in a dynamic group environment. High levels of visual content showcasing our programs are shown on multiple digital displays throughout the studio and allow our coaches to spend more time concentrating on our members.
Every program is personally designed by Body Fit Founder and Joint CEO, Cameron Falloon. Cam has had an extensive career as a strength and conditioning head coach for elite sporting teams including AFL teams Geelong Cats, Western Bulldogs and Port Adelaide Power. He has also trained elite soccer teams internationally and was the personal fitness trainer for Princess Diana.
Cam’s philosophy centres on delivering results-driven programs via progressive training loads. In other words, you will increase your capacity and capability week-to-week in 4 – 6 week blocks so that you will see progress in your body make up and results you achieve. It is the same strategy he is used successfully for over 20 years in the industry.
The aim of every week’s programming is to stress every energy system, train every muscle fiber type and work through different planes of movement. Designed by an elite strength and conditioning coach, it’s a science backed program that elite athletes use, made accessible for the general population.
